At our service this morning, SPRC Chairman Joel Carney, presented Deb Eidam with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and heartfelt thanks on behalf of the Elkhorn Hills UMC congregation for her dedicated service as our music administrator. Deb is not moving, but rather choosing to spend more time with her grandchildren and traveling. Tyler Hughes will be assuming many of Deb’s former responsibilities. Thank you, Deb!
Below is Deb’s letter to the congregation.
Elkhorn Hills family,I’d like to thank you for the opportunity to serve as the music administrator the last couple of years. We have a ton of talent in this church, and I’ve been able to work with so many of you. Thanks to all of you who said “yes” whether I asked you to sing, play, set up table, chairs or risers. It’s been a blast, but it’s time for me to spend more time with grandchildren and to travel.Tyler Hughes will continue to serve as choir director as well as any of the jobs that I previously did. I hope you’ll all answer his requests with a resounding “yes”.Blessings, Deb Eidam
