Gifts need to be back to the church office by December 2. Last year Elkhorn Hills adopted 98 individuals for this outreach project. Please stop and Adopt a person and make their Christmas brighter.
The COPE annual Christmas party will be Saturday December 8th from 1-3 pm at Peace Presbyterian church. Volunteers are needed during the party and Friday December 7 to wrap gifts. These are fun, easy ways to help others this Christmas. Thank you.
The Christian Outreach Program – Elkhorn (COPE) is a multi-denominational non-profit organization made up of eleven Christian churches in western Douglas County. We help families stay in their homes and keep food on the table by providing financial assistance, caring concern, educational assistance and referrals when needed most. COPE provides HOPE to our neighbors in need, regardless of religious, cultural, or ethnic beliefs, while maintaining the confidentiality and dignity of those who are served.
