Simon Says Toy Drive Challenge

The Children and Youth of Elkhorn Hills challenge the rest of the congregation to a toy drive to benefit the Simon Says:Live A Better Life Foundation. Join us in collecting toys from April 15th – 29th and put them in the cart. The mission of the Simon Says Foundation is to provide Birthday Celebrations for children experiencing hardships and to provide meaningful volunteer opportunities to individuals who wish to help the less fortunate.

2017 Food Basket Project

Food Baskets were provided to nearly 500 families in the western Douglas County area this Christmas thanks to the West O Chamber of Commerce.  Jim Tomanek and Amy Dritley coordinated the project. Habitat for Humanity Build

The Habitat for Humanity Build for the Elkhorn coalition started in July.  The Habitat site is 23507 Denton Street, Waterloo. Garage Sale 2017 Results

Our 10th annual Garage Sale for Missions is in the books. With your help we raised a significant amount of money that will help Elkhorn Hills reach its goal of “Sharing the love of Jesus Christ by serving others.” All of the profit from the Garage Sale for Missions goes to fund the Missions Committee and their various projects.
