Elkhorn Hills UMC hosted 65 ladies from communities around Elkhorn for a wonderful day of worship, music, food, fellowship and a fantastic message from speaker, Melissa Hiatt on Saturday, April 13th.
God loves us as we are, not as we should be.
Psalm 139:13-14 tells us God created our inmost being, he knit us together in our mother’s womb. We are fearfully and wonderfully made. The biggest difference between people is those who know they are loved by God and those who don’t.
We. Are. Enough.
A huge thank you to the Adult Education Committee, headed by Bonnita Sherburne and the Women’s Conference subgroup for their hard work and time in planning and organizing this wonderful event. This group prepared food and drinks; assembled gift bags; scheduled the speaker, Audio/Visual equipment, music, the catered lunch, and information tables; photocopied materials; promoted the event; decorated the sanctuary, FLC, and narthex; welcomed the guests to our church; as well as set up and cleaned up the event. Awesome job!
Thank you all so very much!
Enjoy these fun photos from the event.
